Gonzo Juice

Gonzo was born on February 28th of 2011 and started off as a fresh juice and salad trailer. Eager to feed the hungry customers, this husband and wife team decided to add smoothies, milkshakes and hot sandwiches. With an extensive culinary background and the passion for great food, Chef Sutton crafted a menu of classic American favorites to delight your tastebuds. A year upon opening, Miss Monique left her full time career to support her husband and help Gonzo grow and expand. As of last summer, they brought on Evan Furey as their new partner. When asked what their mission was, they replied simply, "We are in search of the American dream, and we heard it was around here somewhere."
