Jed Holdredge is Owner/Instructor/Chef of Tapas Bravas, the only authentic Spanish cuisine in Central Texas, serving small plates of classic Spanish tapas and sangría setups out of a newly outfitted vintage bread delivery truck in two locations in Austin. Tapas Bravas also offers catering, as well as instructional and hands-on cooking class events. Based on recipes and techniques from Jed’s time living in and travelling throughout Spain.
