Inspired by a trips to Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Cambodia and Thailand, Tiger Lily represents our passion for amazing and healthy Asian Cuisine. Much like the approach to experimental cooking in Spanish Tapas, our new concept is based on the simple principle that there are no rules when it comes to making delicious food.

By honoring and incorporating ingredients and techniques in Far East and Southeast Asian cooking, Tiger Lily delivers healthy taste sensations that feed the appetite for adventure, while using ingredients and practices that honor local suppliers, environmental accountability, and of course Amazing Flavor!

Tiger Lily also creates delicious bubble drinks using natural ingredients (no powders). And of course, like Tapas Bravas, almost everything we do is 100% gluten free.
