Tony & Christina Yamanaka brought their expertise in event operational management and passion for food trucks to the Trailer Food Tuesdays team in 2013. Tony & Christina are the founders of foodtrailersaustin.com, the Austin Food Trailer Alliance and the Mobile Food Throwdown and they work hand-in-hand to produce top-flight events throughout the country.
Together, the pair has been part operational teams for the Austin, Dallas, Houston and Chicago Marathons, Carry the Load, Dallas Turkey Trot and many more as well as spearheaded their own projects as event directors. Christina's experience as the 3M Half Marathon Race Director has positioned her to lead the charge at Trailer Food Tuesdays as the Operations Manager while Tony works behinds the scenes with trucks and vendors.
Since launching foodtrailersaustin.com, Tony & Christina can be found around town helping local and visiting businesses pair their event operations with local food trucks by way of booking lunch services, producing private food truck rallies and coordinating large-scale events with food truck service.
