Are outside food and beverages allowed?
The Long Center sports a full bar jam-packed with Real Ale Brewing products! Beer and tasty drinks available for all 21+. Patrons are welcome to bring water bottles and water on-site. Please refrain from bringing coolers with alcoholic beverages.
Can we bring pets?
Well-behaved and leashed pets are welcome at Trailer Food Tuesdays. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the terrace. All pets must stay on the grassy area at the foot of the terrace. Please clean up after your pets!
What time does the event start?
The event starts at 5pm and concludes at 9pm.
Who can come to Trailer Food Tuesdays?
Trailer Food Tuesdays is all ages! Everyone is welcome.
Is there seating?
There is limited table sitting on the terrace. We encourage all patrons to bring blankets, chairs and anything else they may want to eat more comfortably on the lawn.
How many trucks are at the event?
Each event varies, but we typically have between 15 and 19 trucks on-site for the event.
Is there an admission fee?
There is no admission to attend. Food can be purchased from each truck and beverages from The Long Center bar.
What is and is not permitted at Trailer Food Tuesdays?

- Illegal Substances
- Weapons
- Boom Boxes or Amplified Sound
- Marketing Leaflets or other Promotional Items
Where do I park?
As stated on the Long Center's site regarding parking information:
Palmer Events Center and One Texas Center Garages are public parking facilities managed and operated by the City of Austin. Fees for all garages are determined by the City of Austin and are subject to change without notice. Activities in the vicinity of the Long Center including those at Auditorium Shores or public races or rallies may affect access to certain events or performances at the Long Center. Please provide adequate time for access and parking when major public events are occurring in the area.
PALMER EVENTS CENTER GARAGE: $8 ($10 SPECIAL EVENT DATES)
Parking is available at the Palmer Events Center Parking Garage. The garage is located at 900 Barton Springs Road, between Riverside Drive, South First Street and Barton Springs Road just south of Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin. Get Driving Directions ›
OVERFLOW PARKING: $8 ($10 SPECIAL EVENT DATES)
The One Texas Center Parking Garage will be available for certain major events and overflow parking when the Palmer Events Center Garage reaches capacity. The One Texas Center Garage is available to the public after 6 pm on weekdays and during the day or evening on weekends. The garage is located next to the Homestead Suites Hotel on the south-east corner of Barton Springs Road and South First Street behind the One Texas Center building. The garage may be accessed by Haywood Avenue (off of Riverside Drive), the drive off of Barton Springs Road, or the drive off of South First Street. TEMPORARY PARKING
3M Box Office: Fifteen (15) minute temporary parking is located in our Keller Williams Circular Drive, directly in front of the Long Center. We invite you to park there to pick up your tickets, make a quick drop-off, or inquire about upcoming events.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Mobility Impaired/Accessible Parking is available in the Palmer Events Center Parking Garage on all levels located near elevators. Only the following patrons will receive complimentary garage parking: vehicles with a specialty license plate for recipients of the Air Force Cross, Distinguished Service Cross, Army Distinguished Service Cross, Navy Cross, Medal of Honor and Legion of Merit Medal; vehicles with a specialty license plate for recipients of the Purple Heart, Pearl Harbor Survivors and Prisoners of War (see House Bill 618 and City Code Section 12-3-8). ALTERNATIVES TO DRIVING
Bus
METROBUS: $1 ONE WAY - Capital MetroBus lines 5, 10, 110, 30, and 484 all stop near the Long Center. The bus is a cheap and easy alternative to driving. Learn more about bus routes, schedules, and reduced fares at capmetro.org or call (512) 474-1200

Bicycle
Bicycle parking is available at the Long Center. As you approach the Long Center Parking Garage from Riverside Drive, there is a bike rack located to the right of the parking garage. Best of all, it’s free!
Walk
Walking to the Long Center from downtown is easy. Just take Cesar Chavez to the First street bridge. Follow the pedestrian bridge across Town Lake and follow it all the way to the front lawn on the Long Center.
